Wii Fit - Day 145

The 145th Day.
I hope there is.
I really need to work on it.
I'm really motivated on losing weight.
COB is slightly to the left.
BMI went down to 28.13.
Lost about a pound.
22 pounds to go to reach my goal.
Stability improved to 62%
Improved my time on the Balance Test.
I'm 31 today (Wii Fit Age)

Wii Fit - Day 138

Wii Fit Day 138. Just doing a Body Test today.

Sugars and protein should be taken after a workout to gain muscle.So I need to Eat more Chikin' ??COB is almost in the center.

BMI increased a little today.
Hmmm... Gained a pound.
About 23 pounds to go to attain my goal.
My walking test is not good today... down to 48%.
I didn't even do well on the Basic Balance Test.
Why am I jumping for joy when I'm 40 today???

I've added the time spent on my basketball scrimmage.
I got 150 minutes of Fit Credits today.

Cardio Workout - 4

My 4th try for Cardio Workout.

Selected to have the workout at the Forest.

I'm starting with the Cross Punch Combo and the estimated time to do it is 6 minutes.

My Hit Rate is 100%.
Physical Age is 20. Not bad.
The punch count is 308 for this exercise.
I'm DONE with the Cross Punch Combo.
My next lesson is the Beginner Combo and this one is also 6 minutes.
I got another 100% hit rate but not all punches are excellent compared to the 1st exercise.
Physical Age this time is 21. It's still not bad.
I added 204 on my Punch Count
The next lesson is Punch Dodge. I have to dodge the robot's punches.
Uh-oh! Physical Age of 50... looks like I'm good at punching but not at dodging. I have to work on that going forward.
I've added a few to my Total Punch Count.

The 131st Day
Here's today's tip from Wii Fit.
I never knew this.
Great tip! I believe this will be useful to all who wants to lose weight.
Starting today with the Body Test.

Missed one stage on the Agility Test.

87 seconds on the Plank challenge. Not bad!
Finished 100 reps on the Jack-knife challenge.
Only 12 reps on the Push up challenge.
1264 points on the Rhythm Boxing exercise.
84 points on the Torso Twists exercise
I got my 30 minutes of workout today.
My Wii fit bank is happy!

Wii Fit - Day 128

128th Day
Started the day with the Body Test.
COB is slightly to the left.
BMI decreased a little.
Lost 0.4 pounds.
21.4 pounds to go to reach my BMI goal.
A couple of stages slower on the Agility Test.
Steadiness stability decreased by 4%.
Wii Fit age is 36 years old today.
Stamp for the day.
1st stamp for May.
12 reps for the Push Up challenge.
Finished another 100 reps on the Jack knife challenge
Tried the Hula Hoop next and finished with 246 spins.
Was able to stay in position for a little more than a minute on the Plank challenge.
Got 1,200 points on the Rhythm Boxing exercise.
Received 82 points on the Torso Twists exercise.
31 minutes total of Wii Fit exercises.
I achieved my daily goal of 30 minutes.

Cardio Workout - 3

3rd try on the Cardio Workout.

Now that I've finished my lessons, I'm being offered two options: Prepared Workout and A La Carte. I have chosen the Prepared Workout.
I've chosen the Regular workout.
I had the option to use the Wii Fit Balance Board but opted not to.
My workout consisted of the Cross Punch Combo, Beginner Combo and Mitt Work.
I have to finish all the activities before I get my Punch stamp for the day.
The Cross Punch Combo is about 6 minutes long.
My Hit Rate was 99.6% after the exercise.
My Physical Age for the exercise is 21.
My punch total after the exercise is 308.
Next stuff is the Beginner Combo.
This is also about 6 minutes.
I got a 100% Hit Rate.
My Physical Age is 22 this time.
Added 204 to my total Punch Count.
The last workout is the Mitt Work.
It's about 3 minutes long and it asked me to hit the mitts with different punches.
I didn't do well this time based on the Physical Age below.
600 Total Punch Count for today.
My trainer looks like she's not excited that I finished the workout. lol
